Owner, Alyssa Knapp, MS, CEP, TTS

As a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master, Alyssa uses complementary and alternative methods to promote optimal well-being and to treat issues such as stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, as well as physical pain and imbalances. 

Over the past 12 years, Alyssa has done everything in the wellness field from personal training to managing large corporate wellness programs, and has now settled into her private practice to get back to her heart, which is working individually with clients, teaching classes, creating workshops, and collaborating with others in the field.

Alyssa has extensively studied individual and community health and wellness management, including health promotion strategies, program evaluation, worksite health, exercise physiology, human anatomy and physiology, health psychology, social psychology, behavior modification, psychological research, and mindfulness meditation. Her services are designed to combine the naturally healing effects of physical activity with the power of mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing.

A physiologist and clinician at heart, Alyssa brings a wealth of evidence-based knowledge in healthy living practices to her clients, solutions to personal barriers, and support to adopt lifestyle habits that result in you feeling like your best self. Alyssa takes a holistic approach in planning individual programs and addresses emotional well-being in addition to physical fitness. With that, she includes Reiki in her practice for optimal balance and promotion of positive energy.
