The first degree of Reiki training opens the energy channel and permits you to channel Reiki. After this course, you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and others. 

Anyone can learn to use Reiki and does not require any previous experience or training. This is a healing experience for students as you will release energy blockages, balance and harmonize the major energy centers known as chakras. 

For those who have already been attuned to Reiki, multiple attunements are very beneficial and can bring the level of connection to the universal energy up in vibration. The effects of Reiki at this level are mostly physical and a some emotional and spiritual.
